A consolidated team of highly experienced professionals work daily in the restaurant to reawaken the senses of all who dine at the restaurant. They include Ismael Alvarez, Urko Mugartegi and Stefania Giordano in the dining room; Adrian Leonelli, chef de cuisine with Javier del Blanco and Giacomo Sbalzer; and Txisku Nuevalos and Roberto Terradillos in R+D+I department.

The desire of the team at Nerua is to have the restaurant ranked in a prominent position as a reference for local, national and international cuisine. Incorporating the rich culinary culture of the Basque Country onto the haute cuisine circuit is key in our work, without forgetting the main core objective of our service: that the customer enjoys a memorable dining experience
